1.125" wide leather strap, 16" long.  Recommended leather thickness 8-9oz (3.2-3.6mm). 

Qty-1 Chicago Screw 1/2" long.

Contact adhesive. I use Aquilim 315 Water-Based Contact Adhesive from District Leather Supply.
